Dr Julian Lai

Dr. Julian Lai is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Applied Social Studies of the City University of Hong Kong. He taught subjects in psychology and has been conducting research in the areas of personality psychology, health psychology, and environmental psychology. One of his recent research interests is related to risk perception among the Chinese people.

Julia Tao

Professor Julia Tao is Professor in the Department of Public and Social Administration, and Director of Governance in Asia Research Centre, at the City University of Hong Kong. Her research and teaching interests are in the field of applied ethics, applied Confucian philosophy, environmental policy and health care policy.
